I look at my bookshelf and imagine books there that do not exist. These are the books that I try to make. Collaborating with the artists, the writers, and the designers can sometimes be an enormous challenge, but it is always a labour of love. There are few satisfactions greater than helping to bring into the world a good book. An exhibition is a fleeting thing, but a book lasts forever.
