Returns

If you are unhappy with any Product you purchase on this Website for any reason, you may return it to us in its original condition within 14 working days and we will provide a full refund (excluding delivery costs). If the reason for the return is the result of our error, or if the item was damaged before it reached you, we will also refund the delivery costs.

To make a return please send back the item securely wrapped, along with your delivery note and a letter explaining the reason for the return.

Editorial submissions

We welcome your interest in submitting your book proposal but would ask that you please try to meet as many of these guidelines as is practicable:

• Print-outs or colour photocopies, of the highest quality possible. NOT digital files.
  
• A dummy to give an idea of image sequence, format etc.
  
• An artist’s statement about your project, including an explanation of why this project should be a book.
  
• A list of possible or preferred authors to contribute text.
  
• Your CV.

Please note that responsibility cannot be taken for unsolicited submissions. A response to your submission may take up to three months.

Delivery

Fast & reliable delivery

All books are despatched via a trackable service which requires a signature upon delivery. Deliveries are usually made during local business hours.

We aim for you to receive your books as quickly as possible, and as long as we currently have them in stock, the following are estimates of delivery times:
United Kingdom 4-7 working days
Europe 5-8 working days
Rest of the World 7-10 working days

Please note that where necessary we are forced to pack the largest books we produce in packages on their own, which will influence the cost of the delivery.

If you have been waiting longer than the stated delivery time for your order to arrive and we have not already contacted you to inform you of any delay, please send an email to info@steidlville.com stating your name, address and order number and we will investigate the problem.
